What is Navidrome?
Navidrome is a self-hosted music server that lets you stream your personal music library to your phone, tablet, and computer. It supports multiple users, playlists, and Subsonic-compatible apps. This tutorial will help you connect and start listening.
Quick Setup Guide
Step 1: Choose Your Access Method
Option A: Mobile/Desktop Apps (Subsonic-compatible)
Popular apps that work with Navidrome:
- iOS: Amperfy
- iOS: SubStreamer
- Android: SubStreamer
- Android (F-Droid): Tempo
Option B: Web Browser
Visit gigachad.website:30043 directly—no app needed.
Step 2: Connect to the Server
In the app:
- Open your Subsonic-compatible app
- Add a new server/account
- Enter the server URL:
http://gigachad.website:30043 - If asked for server type, choose Subsonic
- Log in with your account credentials
In a web browser:
- Visit gigachad.website:30043
- Log in with your account credentials
Don't have an account? Contact the server administrators to create one for you.
Step 3: Browse & Listen
Once logged in, you can:
- Browse your library by artist, album, genre, and songs
- Create and manage playlists
- Search your library quickly from any device
- Stream in multiple formats (MP3/FLAC and more)
